A comprehensive pharmacy management and billing system designed for pharmacies and medical stores in Nepal. Handles inventory, sales, prescriptions, expiry tracking, and accounting in one integrated platform. Key Features: • Medicine inventory management with batch number and expiry date tracking • Automatic low-stock alerts and reorder notifications • Prescription management — link sales to doctor prescriptions • Point of Sale (POS) billing with receipt printing support • Customer ledger and credit sale tracking • Supplier management and purchase order processing • Expiry date monitoring with 30, 60, and 90-day advance alerts • Sales reports: daily, weekly, monthly, yearly with charts • VAT and tax calculation compliant with Nepal Inland Revenue requirements • Barcode scanning support for fast medicine lookup • Drug category management for antibiotics, OTC, and controlled substances • Multi-user access with cashier and manager roles • Backup and restore functionality for data security • Works offline — no internet dependency for core operations Technical Stack: PHP 8.x, MySQL, Bootstrap 5, JavaScript, custom REST API backend. Supports Nepali Unicode for medicine names and customer records, NPR currency, and Nepal government tax structure. Developed based on field requirements gathered from pharmacies in Kathmandu and Pokhara. Designed to replace manual registers and reduce stock expiry losses.

Underground Transmission Line Fault Detection Using Artificial Neural Network (ANN)
Whenever a fault occurs in an underground cable, it is difficult to detect the exact location of the fault for the process of repairing that particular cable. Diagnosing a fault is challenging and requires the entire cable to be taken out from the ground to check and fix faults. This project work aims to detect and classify fault types with their location. To locate a fault in the cable, the cable must be tested for faults. This system uses MATLAB simulations to analyze electrical signals. The current varies depending on the length of the fault in the cable. The proposed system detects the fault and classifies fault types with the exact location of the fault. This method is tested on the IEEE-9 bus system, showing better speed and accuracy than traditional methods. This solution improves the reliability and efficiency of power distribution networks.
